Shared Areas definition

Shared Areas means those parts of the Building or a Flat that are designated for the shared use of the occupiers (for example kitchens, common rooms, laundry rooms, bin stores, corridors, staircases, landings and outdoor areas).
Shared Areas means areas within the Flat which all tenants in the Flat are entitled to use
Shared Areas. Shared kitchen, lounge, and bathroom.

  • B7 The Landlord/Managing Agent allows me access over the Shared Areas in order to gain access to the Room, the laundry, the common room, the management suite and the bicycle store (if applicable) within the Building.

  • References to the Residence in this Agreement include the Room and the Shared Areas; Room the room which We will allow You to occupy (in accordance with this Agreement) if You have accepted the Student Residence Offer.

More Definitions of Shared Areas

Shared Areas means those areas of the premises to which the Lessee is entitled to non-exclusive use for the duration of the lease;
Shared Areas means the rooms in the Property which the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has agreed may be used by the Lodgers (along with any other people who live in the Property, including the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) which are set out above in Part 1 of this agreement, subject to any modification recorded in Part 3.
Shared Areas means the areas of the Premises, as marked in more detail in the Premises Plan, which are accessible to all Members.
Shared Areas means parts of the Halls that are accessible to you in addition to your Accommodation, including but not limited to shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, laundries and common rooms.
Shared Areas means and include those portions of the Multi-Use Campus designated from time to time as Shared Areas within this Agreement including, without restriction: (i) The central hub area, as shown within Schedule “A” attached hereto; and (ii) The grounds and surface structures surrounding the campus as identified in Schedule “A”; and (iii) The parking areas located upon the Lands and either forming part of the Multi- Use Campus or designated from time to time within this Agreement as parking areas for use by users of the Multi-Use Campus; OR The parking areas located upon the Lands and shown within Schedule “E” attached hereto.
Shared Areas means (i) with respect to any Off-Plan Project which is subject to a strata plan, the Common Area Lots, and (ii) with respect to any Off-Plan Project which is subject to a contractual common ownership scheme, any common areas over which the Off-Plan Purchasers in such Off-Plan Project shall have shared benefit and for which the Off-Plan Purchasers shall be required to contribute to the maintenance, repair, replacement and renewal of following Building Completion; and
Shared Areas means those parts of the Landlord’s Premises shown edged blue on the Plan;
