Quality and Standards Clause Examples

The 'Quality and Standards' clause sets out the minimum requirements for the quality of goods or services provided under a contract. It typically specifies the benchmarks, industry standards, or performance criteria that must be met, and may require compliance with relevant laws, regulations, or certifications. This clause ensures that the deliverables meet agreed-upon expectations, protecting the buyer from substandard work and providing a basis for recourse if quality issues arise.
