Accessibility Requirements definition

Accessibility Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).
Accessibility Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9 below.
Accessibility Requirements means the Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable state laws, codes, and regulations governing public accommodations for persons with disabilities.

More Definitions of Accessibility Requirements

Accessibility Requirements means, collectively, (a) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1AA (the “WCAG”) and (b) the accessibility requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Accessibility Requirements means all applicable federal, state, and local disabled persons accessibility requirements including, but not limited to the applicable provisions of: (i) the ▇▇▇▇▇ Act, (ii) the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, (iii) Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, (iv) the United States Fair Housing Act, as amended, (v) the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, and (vi) Chapters 11A and 11B of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, which relate to disabled persons access.
Accessibility Requirements means the technical and equal access standards 8 applicable to the Website in Sections 6.2 and 11.3 of the Contract.
Accessibility Requirements has the meaning set out in Schedule B.
Accessibility Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8. "Agreement" has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph.‌
Accessibility Requirements means the measures and standards to uphold the accessibility of the county road system, including sidewalks and pedestrian areas, for individuals with disabilities in accordance with current ADA accessibility requirements.
