System Tests. (a) Comcast shall be responsible for ensuring that its Cable System is designed, installed and operated in a manner that fully complies with applicable FCC technical standards. Upon a showing of a pattern of Subscriber Complaints regarding signal quality or a determination of non-compliance related to signal quality through a compliance review under Section 5.2 herein, Comcast, upon written request by the Borough, shall perform applicable tests to determine compliance with FCC technical standards. Comcast shall provide a report to the Borough within thirty (30) days of completion of a Borough-requested test that describes the results of the test. If any test under this Section indicates that the Cable System fails to meet applicable FCC requirements, Comcast shall take such corrective measures as are necessary to correct any failure and to prevent their recurrence as far as is possible.
System Tests. 3.1. Demonstration of functionality of Crane Management System, including
System Tests. Upon completion of the development phase, Intuit ------------ and CNC shall jointly test the System and CNC Network to ensure compliance with the Network Specifications and the Performance Standards. The tests and related acceptance procedures for the System and CNC Network are set forth in the Development Project Work Statement.
System Tests. County and/or Contractor, as applicable, shall conduct all System Tests specified in this Paragraph 12.1 and in Exhibit A (Statement of Work). Such System Tests shall include, without limitation, the following:

System Tests. The Employer is free to carry out technical tests of the C.A.T.V. system to either meet the requirements of their operating license as issues by the C.R.T.C. or to determine that the system satisfies the technical standards of the Employer. A bargaining unit Journeyman Technician will be assigned to assist in the testing.
System Tests. As part of Landlord's Repair and Maintenance Obligations, Landlord shall perform and document manufacturer recommended and all industry standard maintenance, repairs and confidence tests on all building systems and back-up systems to ensure ongoing operation and to validate that they operate properly under their rated load and design conditions as often as is recommended by the manufactures or is customary in the industry for first-class data centers, whichever is more frequent. All such maintenance, repairs and tests shall be conducted in accordance with best industry practices, and at such intervals recommended by the original equipment manufacturers and recognized industry experts. Under normal conditions, Landlord shall not utilize Tenant's equipment as the test load when troubleshooting or performing functional testing following maintenance activities. [*****]. In connection with the foregoing, Landlord agrees to cooperate reasonably and in good faith with Tenant to modify or move Landlord's scheduled maintenance or testing that will subject Tenant's circuits to intentional power source transfers, to account for the operations and scheduled maintenance moratoriums of Tenant, as well as Tenant's scheduled maintenance activities within the Pods of the Premises.
System Tests. Article 4.4 of the VCA is clarified as follows: The Parties agree that the System Tests described in Article 4.4 of the VCA shall be limited to loading and unloading of water only and shall be conducted in waters adjacent to Builder’s shipyard or such other convenient, mutually agreed location as may be permitted by cognizant authorities. Owner will not accept Delivery until System Tests as limited above are successfully completed. Owner shall not withhold the $500,000 Retained Amount as defined in Article 4.4 of the VCA. Builder will at Builder’s cost send a team to the ATB Unit to observe the initial sand dredging by the ATB Unit.
System Tests. (a) Service Electric shall conduct system tests as set forth below. Subject to the requirements of Section 5.8, Service Electric shall retain written reports of the results of any tests required by the FCC, and such reports shall be submitted to the Township within thirty (30) days of a written request from the Township; provided, however, that Service Electric shall not be required to submit such reports more than one (1) time in any calendar year.

BOXES AND ASTERIXES DENOTE SUCH OMISSION experts. Under normal conditions, Landlord shall not utilize Tenant’s equipment as the test load when troubleshooting or performing functional testing following maintenance activities. [*****]. Landlord shall in all events provide Tenant with at least two (2) Business Days’ advance notice of the actual date on which maintenance or testing that will subject Tenant’s circuits to intentional power source transfers shall be performed.
