Design Changes. Axon may make design changes to any Axon Device or Service without notifying Agency or making the same change to Axon Devices and Services previously purchased by Agency.
Design Changes. During performance of this order, Seller shall not make any changes in the design of Items to be furnished by Seller under this order without advance written notification to and written approval of Buyer. The above requirement applies whether or not there is a cost impact associated with the change and regardless of the type of change involved, including product improvements.
Design Changes. If it should become necessary to amend any of the approved IFC Set(s), the Design-Builder shall prepare an amendment to the drawings and shall submit such amendment to the Department for its review and approval. In this submittal, the Design-Builder shall highlight (or bubble) any aspect of the design that represents a material deviation from the permit set documents and shall address in a narrative format the impact, if any, such departure shall have on the Project’s aesthetics, functionality or performance. In the event the Department does not approve such document within ten (10) business days after issuance, unless otherwise denied, such document shall be deemed approved, provided however that the Department has not advised that such document is still under review.
Design Changes. Acceptance of Purchase Order by Seller determines product version for delivery. The designs and specification of all Goods sold may be subject to subsequent change by Seller without notice and, in the event of any such changes, Seller will have no obligation whatsoever to make similar changes in Goods previously ordered.
Design Changes. 24 During Construction Work, adjustments to the design may be required to fit field conditions. The 25 engineer-of-record for the design at the time of the Design Change must provide written 26 approval for any Design Change that occur during construction, or Design Changes that occur 27 to Design Documents, unless otherwise specifically authorized in writing by ADOT. All Design 28 Changes must undergo the same QMP checks, reviews, and certifications and are subject to 29 the same review process beginning at Final Design Submittal, as the original design. Design 30 Changes must include plan sheets, specifications, technical memorandums, reports, studies, 31 calculations, and other pertinent data, as applicable per the deliverable content required by the 32 level of the submittal. 33 Plan change documentation must include confirmation that:
Design Changes. The Developer will be responsible for additional Adjustment design and responsible for additional construction costs necessitated by design changes to the Project made after approval of the Plans, upon the terms specified herein.
Design Changes. Subject to Section 7.01 and the Ground Lease, no material change to the Infrastructure Improvements Plans shall be permitted without the prior written consent of the Parties.

Continental shall be responsible for any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses relating to interior and exterior design changes to the Covered Aircraft and other product-related changes required by Continental, including facility-related design changes and the cost of changes in uniforms and other livery, in each case that occur outside of Contractor’s normal aircraft and facility refurbishment program.
Design Changes. Axon may make changes in the design of any of Axon’s products and services without notifying Agency or making the same change to products and services previously purchased. Axon may replace end of life products with the next generation of that product without notifying Agency.
Design Changes. ChyronHego reserves the right to make changes in Product design or specifications at any time without providing prior notice to the Customer.
