Lot 2 definition

Lot 2 means the separate legal parcel to be subdivided from the Lands, approximately as shown as "Lot 2" on the subdivision plan attached hereto as Schedule B;

For such decisions the contracting authority is represented as stipulated under the point Contracting authority. Under no circumstances is the managing official allowed to modify modalities (e.g. delivery deadlines) of the contract, even if the financial impact is nil or negative. Any commitment, change or agreement derogating the conditions in the Tender Specifications and that has not been notified by the contracting authority, will be considered null and void.
