Maximum Occupancy definition

Maximum Occupancy. The maximum occupancy for the Property is 3 persons Check-in/Check-out: Check-in begins at 12:00 p.m. on Friday 10/14/16 and Check-out ends at 11:00 a.m. on Monday 10/17/16. The Check-in location is the Box Office. Keys: A replacement fee of $25 will be charged for any lost or damaged keys. Rental Rate, Credit Card Hold, and Deposit:
Maximum Occupancy means the maximum number of occupants permitted on the Premises;
Maximum Occupancy. The number of persons occupying your cabin shall not exceed the number stated on your reservation. If additional persons are added after your reservation is secured you must inform us upon arrival and charges will be added as necessary. The cabin maximum capacity cannot be increased. Renters may be subject to cancellation/penalties if numbers exceed confirmed occupants listed. This is a violation of the rental agreement. Visitors: We limit the number of visitors at our resort to insure the enjoyment and privacy of all guests staying at the resort. Day visitors must leave the resort by 10:00pm. Overnight visitors are not allowed. Check-In and Check-Out times: Check-in is 2:00pm and check-out is 10:00am. While we make every effort to have your cabin ready, there may be a delay during peak season and your patience is appreciated. An additional night stay will be charged for late check-outs. Smoking and smoke detectors: There is no smoking allowed in our cabins, game room or any of our resort buildings. If we find evidence of smoking inside any of our properties, you will be required to leave the resort. There are smoke detectors in all of our cabins, do not unplug or remove the batteries from them. There are also fire extinguishers, next to the stove, in case of an emergency. Pets: Pets are NOT allowed at the resort at any time. Fireworks: Fireworks of any kind are NOT allowed at the resort at any time. Default by Guests: In the event any guest (or the guest’s invitee) breaches any covenant or obligation under this agreement (or the resort’s rules posted in each cabin); such occurrence shall constitute a default by the guest. In the event of a default by the guest, the owners may terminate this rental agreement immediately upon notice to the guest, declare the rental agreement to be ended, take possession of the cabin in the manner provided by law, and exercise such rights and remedies as may be available to the owner at law or in equity. All rights and remedies of the owner shall be cumulative and no right or remedy shall exclude any other right or remedy allowed by law or in equity.

More Definitions of Maximum Occupancy

Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of overnight guests for this property is limited to four (4) persons. Maximum occupancy for this property shall not exceed eight (8) persons at any time. If TENANT exceeds the maximum occupancy, TENANTS and any and all of their guests are subject to immediate removal and forfeiture of their security deposit and rental payment.

If the guests exceed the maximum occupancy allowed, Bella Vista reserves the right to shut down the event. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: Alcohol, smoking, weapons, and fireworks are not allowed in Bella Vista or on the building property. Bella Vista has the right to shut down the event and call local police authorities to assist if needed. This will also result in a fine. MUSIC: Loud music is not allowed after 11pm due to Lindon City noise ordinance.
Maximum Occupancy means the maximum number of allowable occupants and the guests of those occupants for a short-term rental, as established in Section 6(b) of this ordinance.

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. A one-time fee will be charged to the guest in the amount of $150.00 and will provide cleaning services upon your departure. The following items are not included in the departure cleaning and must be completed by the tenant prior to departure. All trash removed from the house and placed in the exterior Green Roll-Out Garbage Receptacles. Dirty dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and normal cycle must be started. All food items must be removed from cabinets and refrigerator. Bathrooms left in a clean condition. Floors swept or vacuumed Guests will be charged additional fees for the home not being prepared for departure, excessive cleaning, and/or late departure. A cleaning service will make every effort to ensure the home is cleaned appropriately prior to your arrival. If, however, you feel our home has not been properly cleaned and prepared for you, contact the Management immediately and appropriate action will be taken to resolve the circumstances. We do NOT make rental rate adjustments, cleaning fee adjustments, or cleaning fee refunds due to notifications of an unsatisfactory cleaning. The cleaning company assesses a $50.00 fee for each half hour that the tenant remains in the rental unit past the departure time of 10:00am EST. This fee will be charged to the tenant and removed from the deposit.
