The representations and warranties contained in Section 2.1 will be deemed to be repeated by Lessee on the Lease Commencement Date and solely with respect to the representations and warranties set forth in subsections (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (h), (o), (p), (q), and (r) of Section 2.1, as of each Rent Date, and in each instance with reference to the facts and circumstances then existing.
On each Rent Date, Lessee will pay to Lessor or its order Rent in advance in the amount specified in Schedule 3 (Commercial Terms).
Lessee shall pay Rent beginning on the Lease Commencement Date for the duration of the Term until the Expiry Date, at the fixed amount of One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine and 38/100 US Dollars ($117,859.38) per month, payable in advance on each Rent Date.
