Not Guaranteed. Tuition assistance determinations are made independently from this Contract. Nothing in this Contract shall be deemed to be any form of guaranty, promise, understanding or agreement that my Student will receive tuition assistance.
Not Guaranteed. Buyer understands that common health issues, injuries, parasites, infections, or other environmental health issues are outside of Seller’s control. Buyer acknowledges responsibility to keep up with vet care for the treatment of these conditions. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to keep puppy away from public places where there might be risk of contagious infectious illness, until the puppy has received full vaccinations and cleared by the Buyer’s veterinarian. Seller does not guarantee against Giardia and/or Coccidia. The size, color, breeding, temperament, or show quality of the puppy is NOT guaranteed! Should the canine need to be returned or rehomed, the Seller is to be contacted and given the opportunity to take back the dog either by purchase or to home personally. The above health guarantee will not be transferred to a new home unless otherwise discussed in a new contract with the new home. If the Buyer surrenders or loses the dog to a shelter, rescue, animal control, or unauthorized breeding program, the Buyer agrees to pay the Breeder a compensation of $2,500 in addition to any legal or transportation fees within thirty days for the Breeder to thereby take possession of the dog from any such organization.
Not Guaranteed. This Gift Annuity Agreement is not issued by an insurance company, nor is it protected or otherwise guaranteed by any government agency.
