Reservations and Payment. Reservations shall be made by Event Guests calling the Hotel directly at (Phone #) and referring to the Department Name and Event Name. All reservations must be made by Event Guests with a valid major credit card, which shall be supplied at the time of Reservation. Reservations must be received on or before the Cut-Off Date.

Reservations and Payment. In order to confirm a reservation upon registration the traveller pays at least 30% of the price of the travel arrangement (if the program does not state otherwise). The remaining cost of the arrangement is paid no later than 21 days before the beginning of the trip or documentation guaranteeing the indisputable payment of the total cost of the travel arrangement is provided. If the traveller does not execute his obligations no later than 21 days before the beginning of the trip, the reservation will be considered cancelled without the possibility of refunding any advanced payments.
Reservations and Payment. Reservations may be made through your travel agent. All prices are per person based on hotel double occupancy. For individuals traveling alone, there will be a single occupancy surcharge of 10% of the regular package price; single occupancy rooms are limited and subject to availability. A deposit of US$15,000 per participant is required within the first 7 working days after booking to secure reservations. Full payment is due 14 days before the scheduled date of departure. Payment in full must accompany any reservation received less than 14 days before the scheduled date of departure. If the trip is fully booked when your reservation request is received, payment received by Greensky, if any, will be returned within 14 days, or with your authorization, Greensky can retain the deposit and place your name on a waiting list in case other participants cancel their reservations. Even if you authorize Greensky to put your name on a waiting list, we will notify you within 7 days (but in no event later than the date of departure) that your selected trip is fully booked. Prior to our notification to you, reservation is not final and your payment is subject to refund.
Reservations and Payment. The Company reserves the right to correct errors in advertised or quoted prices at the time of Booking Confirmation. Payment is deemed to have been made when cleared funds are received in the company’s bank account. Time of payment shall be of the essence of the agreement. For Bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start date you must pay the full price at the time of the Booking request. If the final balance is not received by the due date the Company reserves the right the cancel the booking and withhold the deposit. The compulsory Damage Waiver Payment scheme ensures that for a single, non—refundable premium you will be protected from any liability for damage or accident to your boat or its inventory. However the Damage Waiver does not cover damage or loss as a result of reported or witnessed speeding, negligence, intentional damage, late return or return of narrowboat in an unclean condition. In the event of any of the above, the hirer is liable for the full cost of repairs, replacement or compensation.
Reservations and Payment. A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total tour cost is required to hold your reservation and the reservation dates. The balance is due 60 days before the commencement of the tour. For reservations made within 60 days of departure, payment must be made in full at time of booking.
