Examples of Acts of God in a sentence
No party shall be liable for delays, nor defaults due to Acts of God or the public enemy, riots, strikes, fires, explosions, accidents, governmental actions of any kind or any other causes of a similar character beyond its control and without its fault or negligence.
Force majeure as used herein means Acts of God, war (whether declared or not), invasion, revolution, insurrection or other acts or events of a similar nature or force.
If, at any time during the continuance of this Contract the performance in whole or in part by either party of any obligations under this Contract shall be prevented or delayed by reason of any War, Hostile acts of the public enemy Civil Commotion, Epidemics, or Acts of God (Floods, Storm/Cyclone, Hurricane, Earthquake etc.
Such events are Acts of God or of public enemy, acts of Government of India in their sovereign capacities, strikes, political disruptions, bandhs, riots, civil commotions and acts of war.If a Force Majeure situation arises, the Service Provider shall promptly notify the Bank in writing of such conditions and the cause thereof within fifteen calendar days.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, if the regular operations of the Bank are suspended resulting from general economic conditions or other general market effects or Acts of God or governmental or regulatory restrictions other cause of similar or different nature beyond the control of the Bank, the Bank may suspend the performance of services by you and the payment of compensation herewith.
