Examples of Term of this Lease in a sentence
On the last day of the Term of this Lease, whether such Term should end by expiration or other earlier termination, Tenant shall peaceably and quietly surrender the Premises in broom-clean condition and good state of repair, reasonable wear and tear excepted and shall surrender to Landlord all keys for the Premises, combinations for locks or safes, and all Improvements to the Premises.
Subject to the limits hereafter set forth, Tenant shall have a right to access to the Premises at all times during the Term of this Lease.
Any such sublease shall be subject to all the terms and provisions of this Lease and the term of any such sublease shall not extend beyond the Term of this Lease.
Throughout the Term of this Lease, Landlord shall timely pay the cost and expense of all heat, electricity, gas, water and sewage, and any other utilities or utility services, used or obtained by Tenant in connection with its use and occupancy of the Premises.
The Tenant agrees from time to time within ten (10) days after request by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, to deliver to Landlord an estoppel certificate stating that this Lease is in full force and effect, the date to which rent has been paid, the unexpired Term of this Lease and such other matters pertaining to this Lease as may be requested by Landlord.
