Promotions Outside the Bargaining Unit. An employee who accepts promotion to a position outside of the bargaining unit but within the agency, shall have the right to return to a vacant position within the bargaining unit provided such return is not occasioned by a layoff. If such employee returns to a position within the bargaining unit within one (1) year of the date he/she left such unit, he/she shall be given:
Promotions Outside the Bargaining Unit. 15.01 An Employee promoted to a Company position outside the bargaining unit shall maintain his seniority for a period of up to six (6) months cumulatively in any eighteen (18) month period, during which he shall continue to pay Union dues. If the Employee returns to the bargaining unit within that period, he shall be reinstated with seniority unaffected. If the Employee does not return within that period, such promoted Employee shall lose all bargaining unit seniority.
Promotions Outside the Bargaining Unit. o Officers promoted out of LELS 432 will continue to accrue seniority during their probationary period in the new unit. o Former Officers demoted back into LELS 432 will return with adjusted seniority. o No impact to service credit.
Promotions Outside the Bargaining Unit. Except in the case of an employee who becomes a member of another union within the plant, any employee transferred or promoted to a position in the plant which is outside the bargaining unit shall be credited for seniority purposes with seniority at the time of his promotion out of the bargaining unit, such credit to remain in effect for a period not to exceed two (2) years. However, the employee shall not accrue seniority credit while outside the bargaining unit.
Promotions Outside the Bargaining Unit. The Company at its sole discretion reserves the right to fill positions outside the bargaining unit, including supervisory or other managerial positions. Employees who fill a permanent vacancy in a non-bargaining unit job shall be allowed to return to the bargaining unit within ninety-(90) calendar days without their seniority being affected. No employee who fills a non-bargaining unit job shall be allowed to return to the bargaining unit after ninety-(90) calendar days unless agreed to by the Union and the Company. In the event the Union and Company agree to the return, the employee shall lose all seniority, but service shall be unbroken.

Promotions Outside the Bargaining Unit. If an employee is permanently promoted to a position not included in the bargaining unit and is thereafter returned to a position within the bargaining unit, he or she shall have accumulated departmental and classification seniority while working in the position outside of the bargaining unit. It is agreed that no employee covered by this Agreement shall be displaced from his or her job classification as a result of the return to the bargaining unit by another employee under this Section.
Promotions Outside the Bargaining Unit. It is agreed by the Employer and the Union that the Employer will first give consideration to employees of the Employer when making selections or appointments to fill positions with the Employer that are outside the bargaining unit.
Promotions Outside the Bargaining Unit. 8.01 : Vacancies among other non-instructional bargaining units will be posted by the Central Office on district bulletin boards. Employees interested must submit a letter of intent during the posting period.
Promotions Outside the Bargaining Unit. The District shall publicize a non-bargaining unit promotion by posting and by mailed notice to the C.E.A.
