Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit. (a) It is understood that an employee shall not be transferred by the Hospital to a position outside the bargaining unit without his consent except in the case of temporary assignments not exceeding six (6) months. Such employees on temporary assignments shall remain members of the bargaining unit.

Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit. No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without her consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit, she shall retain her seniority accumulated to the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. Such employee shall have the right to return to a position in the bargaining unit during her trial period, which shall be a maximum of sixty (60) days. If an employee returns to the bargaining unit, she shall be placed in a job consistent with the position she left.
Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit a. If an employee assumes an excluded position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee shall retain their seniority accumulated up to the date of leaving the unit but will not accumulate any further seniority for the purposes of this Collective Agreement during employment in an excluded position.
Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit. No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without her written consent. An Employee who consents in writing to be transferred and/or promoted to a position outside of the bargaining unit shall not accumulate seniority within the bargaining unit during such transfer and/or promotion. In the event that the employee is returned by the Employer to a position in the bargaining unit within twelve (12) calendar months of the transfer and/or promotion, the employee shall be credited with the seniority held immediately prior to the transfer and/or promotion and shall resume accumulation from the date of their return to the bargaining unit. An employee not returned to the bargaining unit within twelve (12) calendar months from the transfer and/or promotion shall forfeit all bargaining unit seniority.
Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit. Employees shall not be transferred to positions outside the bargaining unit without their consent. Employees shall not continue to perform bargaining unit work while transferred outside of the bargaining unit, except by mutual agreement of the parties. The seniority of employees transferred outside the bargaining unit shall be retained but shall not accumulate during the period of such transfer provided the employees are not outside the bargaining unit an accumulated period of more than six (6) months in any twelve (12) consecutive calendar months. Such periods may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties.
