Bargaining Unit Seniority. The length of continuous service in a position or succession of positions within Bargaining Unit Two (2), beginning with the last date of hire or transfer into the Bargaining Unit, as defined by seniority credits.
Bargaining Unit Seniority. Bargaining Unit Seniority shall be the employee’s total length of service for the Employer or its designees in a Minnesota Judicial Branch position within the bargaining unit.
Bargaining Unit Seniority. Bargaining Unit seniority shall mean an employee's length of continuous service in the Bargaining Unit classification based on the original date of appointment in the department or transfer into the department.

Bargaining Unit Seniority. 8.01 An employee shall be on probation during his first sixty (60) days worked without seniority rights during which period he may be dismissed by the employer without recourse. Upon completion of his probationary period his name shall be added to the seniority list and the seniority shall be computed from the day he first commenced to work for the Employer.
Bargaining Unit Seniority. Bargaining unit seniority shall be defined as the length of continuous service within the bargaining unit, including, for employees employed in this bargaining unit as of June 23, 2016, service up to March 3, 2016 in the applicable department under the former UAW Courts bargaining unit. The application of bargaining unit seniority shall be limited to the preferences and benefits specifically recited in this Agreement.
Bargaining Unit Seniority. Bargaining Unit Seniority" is defined as the nurse's length of continuous employment within the Bargaining Unit since the last date of entry into the Bargaining Unit. Seniority is not accrued for time served in an emergency, provisional except as provided in E below, temporary or unclassified appointment.
Bargaining Unit Seniority. Bargaining Unit Seniority according to this Agreement shall consist of the continuous service of an employee since the last date of hire with the County in a position covered by this Agreement.
Bargaining Unit Seniority. For the purposes of layoff, promotion and movement on the salary schedule, the employee's date of hire in the bargaining unit shall apply. Separate seniority lists will be kept for direct care workers and van drivers. The seniority list shall be posted in January and July of each calendar year.
Bargaining Unit Seniority. For purposes of transfer, promotion or the filling of vacancies resulting in a change in classification (e.g. change from the paraprofessional classification to the secretarial classification) only, an employee’s seniority shall be on a district-wide basis in accordance with the employee’s last date of hire within the bargaining unit. After an employee has thus changed classifications, he/she shall accrue classification seniority in accordance with Section 2 immediately below.
