Bargaining Unit Seniority. The length of continuous service in a position or succession of positions within Bargaining Unit Two (2), beginning with the last date of hire or transfer into the Bargaining Unit, as defined by seniority credits.

Bargaining Unit Seniority. Bargaining Unit Seniority shall be the employee’s total length of service for the Employer or its designees in a Minnesota Judicial Branch position within the bargaining unit.

Bargaining Unit Seniority. Bargaining Unit Seniority according to this Agreement shall consist of the continuous service of an employee since the last date of hire with the County in a position covered by this Agreement.
