PROJECT OUTPUT. Outputs To recover water and maintain water pressure within the Basin, the outputs of this Agreement will be the: replacement of old bores legally operating in an uncontrolled state with controlled bores and efficient, controlled watering systems; and restoration of critical infrastructure assets. Part 3roles and responsibilities of each party Role of the Commonwealth In addition to the roles and responsibilities set out in Schedule A, the Commonwealth will be responsible for: monitoring and assessing achievement against milestones in the delivery of the Interim Great Artesian Basin Infrastructure Investment Program under this Agreement to ensure that outputs are delivered within the agreed timeframe; and providing a consequent financial contribution to Queensland to support the implementation of this Agreement. Role of Queensland In addition to the roles and responsibilities set out in Schedule A, Queensland will be responsible for: providing a financial contribution to support the implementation of this Agreement; all aspects of implementation of Project Outputs set out in this Agreement; and reporting on the delivery of outputs as set out in Part 4Project Milestones, Reporting and Payments. Shared roles The Commonwealth and Queensland will: be jointly responsible for developing and agreeing to the project list (Schedule B), in accordance with Part 4 – Project Milestones, Reporting and Payments, and Schedule A to this Agreement, concurrently with or as soon as possible following the signing of this Agreement, a list of projects to be completed by 30 April 2020; and meet the requirements of Schedule E, Clause 26 of the IGA FFR, by ensuring that prior agreement is reached on the nature and content of any events, announcements, promotional material or publicity relating to activities under this Agreement, and that the roles of both Parties will be acknowledged and recognised appropriately.

PROJECT OUTPUT. A. Publications: Any project-related articles, papers, or presentations that are authored or prepared by the Project Team and published or distributed (at a conference or otherwise). List author name; title; publication or conference; volume, issue, and pages (if applicable); and year of publication. The Prime Recipient is required to send a copy of each publication to the program support designated by the EERE Program Director. Scientific/technical conference papers/proceedings must also be reported in accordance with Section II.B of “EERE Reporting Instructions.”

PROJECT OUTPUT. 10. This Agreement will contribute to the establishment of the Education and Community Precinct within the Darwin CBD, as generally outlined in the Darwin City Deal.

Agrees to consider the annual workplan and provide New South Wales with a response to the annual workplan within 20 business days of the receipt of the annual workplan. Role of New South Wales New South Wales will be responsible for: providing a financial contribution to support the implementation of this Agreement; all aspects of delivering on the project outputs set out in this Agreement; reporting on the delivery of outputs as set out in Part 4 – Project Milestones, Reporting and Payments; where applicable, where Commonwealth funded building work for which an expression of interest or tender (however described) was submitted before 2 December 2016, ensuring that: the Building Code 2013 will apply; and any head contractors who submitted a bid for the work before 2 December 2016 are: provided with the Australian Building and Construction Commission (ABCC) Information Statement available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxx-xxxx/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx; and provided with the Model Clauses Type C (Model Clauses for Code Covered Entities when engaging Subcontractors on Head Contractor Building Code 2013 Projects) available from xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxx-xxxx/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx for use if they further subcontract the building work; and otherwise made aware of any other relevant transit...
