The headings are for convenience only and do not affect the construction or interpretation of any provision to which they refer. Unless the context otherwise requires the singular includes the plural and vice-versa.
SCHEDULES TO THIS AGREEMENT. The Schedules (other than Schedule I, which is attached to this amendment and restatement) attached to this Agreement as in effect prior to its amendment and restatement hereby are the Schedules referred to in this Agreement, as amended and restated, and shall be deemed to be the Schedules attached to, and to form a part of, this Agreement, as amended and restated.
SCHEDULES TO THIS AGREEMENT. Schedules may be appended to this agreement from time to time, recording detailed commitments of governments directed at giving effect to this agreement. Commitments detailed in the schedules must be consistent with this agreement. The Ministerial Forum may add, remove and amend schedules to this agreement, with the exception of Schedule A.
