Infrastructure Assets definition

Infrastructure Assets means physical structures or facilities, systems and networks that provide or support essential public services.
Infrastructure Assets means individually and collectively, any entity owned, directly or indirectly through subsidiaries, by the Company, including as the context requires, portfolio companies, holding companies, special purpose vehicles and other entities through which infrastructure assets or businesses will be held.
Infrastructure Assets means all tangible assets of economic value that are not economically realisable, and includes roads, bridges, drains and recreational facilities;

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of a Permitted BST/HST Equity Disposition, any application of Net Proceeds made (x) pursuant to clause (b)(1) shall be made to reduce the Indebtedness of the Company or a Guarantor and (y) pursuant to clause (b)(2) shall only be in respect of the Specified JV Subsidiary or any other BST/HST Related Infrastructure Assets.

More Definitions of Infrastructure Assets

Infrastructure Assets has the meaning set forth in the Company’s Governing Agreements.
Infrastructure Assets means the assets, equipment and technology available for purchase, lease or license from third parties, and used in the general operation of both the Business and the Seller’s other businesses and operations, including IT systems, manufacturing equipment, email servers and software, accounting systems, in each case as set forth on Schedule 1.1(f).
Infrastructure Assets means assets at the Site used for the provision of utilities or services, and common facilities serving more than one plant at the Site;
