Project Oversight. Inspection and acceptance of the Work shall be performed by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Project Manager of the Planning, Development & Facilities Department of the District. Project Oversight. Inspection and acceptance of the Work shall be performed by Xxxxx Xxxxx of the Building Services Department of the District.
Project Oversight. TWRI Project Manager will provide technical and fiscal oversight to ensure Tasks and Deliverables are acceptable and completed as scheduled and within budget. With TCEQ Project Lead authorization, TWRI may secure the services of contractors as necessary. Project oversight status will be provided with the Quarterly Progress Status Reports. In addition, TWRI will attend meetings with project manager and other meetings, as needed, to review project status, deliverables, etc. The following actions have been completed during this reporting period:
Project Oversight. RECIPIENT shall cooperate with TAM’s project management team and shall provide any requested project information.

Project Oversight. The Steering Group shall be responsible for the delivery of the project outcomes and to this end will keep the project plan, and progress towards meeting it, under review.

WFRC will be responsible for supervisory project management, including approval of schedules and schedule changes, approval of Consultant work, payment of invoices, and coordination with other Project participants. Project Oversight. The Participating Contractor may only submit completion documentation for projects that have had direct oversight by personnel with the appropriate professional certification(s) as determined by the Program. The Participating Contractor shall ensure that personnel with the appropriate certification(s) oversee all Program projects, including work performed by a sub-contractor. The Participating Contractor shall ensure a technician with the appropriate Program required certification(s) for the measure(s) installed performs the required project test-out.
Project Oversight. The RECIPIENT shall fully cooperate with the TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY’S project oversight team and shall promptly provide any requested PROJECT information, including any PROJECT information that is reportable to any other oversight body responsible for monitoring the PROJECT. Project progress reports may be calendared on the TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY Board and/or Citizens Advisory Committee meeting agendas, at the discretion of the Board Chair and Executive Director. Project updates may be consent items or discussion items with presentation by RECIPIENT staff. In either case RECIPIENT staff shall be in attendance to present and/or answer questions from Board and Citizens Advisory Committee members.
