Pro Shop Clause Samples
The "Pro Shop" clause establishes the terms and conditions governing the operation and management of a professional shop within a facility, such as a golf course or sports complex. It typically outlines who is responsible for running the shop, what goods and services may be offered (such as equipment, apparel, or lessons), and how revenues and expenses are handled between the facility owner and the shop operator. This clause ensures clear expectations regarding the use of space, financial arrangements, and operational responsibilities, thereby preventing disputes and promoting smooth business operations within the facility.
