Construction Cost. 3.1. Construction Cost does not include the fees of the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER and consultants, the cost of the land, rights- of-way, or other costs, which is the responsibility of the State as provided in Paragraphs 2.2 through 2.3. or any of the contingencies available for the project unless specifically stated otherwise.
Construction Cost. The cost to Owner of the construction of those portions of the entire Project designed or specified by or for Engineer under this Agreement, including construction labor, services, materials, equipment, insurance, and bonding costs, and allowances for contingencies. Construction Cost does not include costs of services of Engineer or other design professionals and consultants; cost of land or rights-of-way, or compensation for damages to property; Owner’s costs for legal, accounting, insurance counseling, or auditing services; interest or financing charges incurred in connection with the Project; or the cost of other services to be provided by others to Owner. Construction Cost is one of the items comprising Total Project Costs.
Construction Cost. The cost to OWNER of those portions of the entire Project designed or specified by ENGINEER. Construction Cost does not include costs of services of ENGINEER or other design professionals and consultants, cost of land, rights-of-way, or compensation for damages to properties, or OWNER’s costs for legal, accounting, insurance counseling or auditing services, or interest and financing charges incurred in connection with the Project, or the cost of other services to be provided by others to OWNER pursuant to Exhibit B of this Agreement. Construction Cost is one of the items comprising Total Project Costs.
Construction Cost. The sum total of all costs of constructing the Project as depicted in the Construction Documents, such as labor and materials, general conditions costs, Contractor costs, fees and contingencies, fixed equipment furnished and installed by a member of the Construction Team, but excluding: (a) the cost of moveable furniture and fixed equipment furnished and/or installed by parties other than the Construction Team, as defined in §1.5; (b) the cost of Work not designed or specified by the Design Professional or a member of the Construction Team; and (c) the fees and expenses of the Design Professional and Sub-consultants retained directly or indirectly by either the Design Professional or the Owner. The Design Professional will design the Project so that the Construction Cost for the Project will not exceed the “Fixed Limit of Construction Cost,” set forth in the Schedule of Project Details.
Construction Cost. If a Construction Cost Estimate is required to be provided by the CONSULTANT pursuant to a Services Authorization, then the following will apply:
Construction Cost. TENANT shall construct its own building at its own costs and bear all construction within its demised premises, as identified in Exhibit A.
Construction Cost. The A/E shall not be responsible for, nor have control over the cost of labor, materials, or equipment furnished by others, or over the resources provided by others, not under contract to the A/E, to meet Delivery Order schedules. The A/E’s opinion of probable costs and project schedules are be made on the basis of the A/E’s best judgment, experience, and qualifications as a professional. The A/E does not guarantee that proposals, bids, or actual costs will not vary from the A/E’s opinion of probable costs or that the actual schedules will not vary from the A/E’s projected schedules
Construction Cost. The total construction cost to CITY of all elements of the Project designed or specified by CONSULTANT.
