Common Spaces Sample Clauses

The Common Spaces clause defines the areas within a property that are shared and accessible by all tenants or occupants, such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and recreational facilities. It typically outlines the rights and responsibilities of tenants regarding the use of these spaces, including rules for maintenance, permitted activities, and any restrictions to ensure safety and order.
