Payment and Cancellations. Payment is due in full at the time of the service. Food costs, recipes, and culinary instruction are included in tuition. Reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. No refunds will be given for missed classes. When given sufficient notice classes can be rescheduled with no penalty.

Cancellation of the reservation at least thirty (30) days before the start of the stay, one hundred percent (100%) MINUS a 3% credit card fee will be refundable. From (30) days to (14) days before check in date, 50 percent (50%) becomes non-refundable Within fourteen (14) days of check in all guest payments are non-refundable. If we are able to re- rent the property, we will reimburse Guest for what we were able to re-book the unit for, less twenty five percent (25%) for administrative fees. Minnestay highly recommends purchasing Travel Insurance through us at the time of booking to avoid potential travel complications.
Payment and Cancellations. Some services are free and we charge for others. For those with costs, we charge your payment method for fees or on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time (but you may not receive a refund). Payments will be billed in U.S. dollars, and your account will be charged upon purchase and when you provide your payment information, unless stated otherwise in applicable payment provisions. If your payment information is inaccurate or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account. We may participate in programs supported by your card provider to update your payment information, and you authorize us to continue billing your account with the updated information we obtain. You may be charged a subscription fee in advance annually or other recurring interval disclosed to you before your purchase. For annual subscriptions, we will send you a reminder with the then-current subscription fee no less than 30 days and no more than 60 days before your subscription term ends, or otherwise as required by applicable law. 4impactdata may change the price for recurring subscription fees from time to time with notice to you. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. If you do not agree with the price change, you may unsubscribe before the price change going into effect. Your payment will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, but you can cancel a subscription at any time. For subscription-based versions of the Services, subscription cancellations will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period. If you cancel in a subscription period, you can continue to access and use the applicable Service until the end of your subscription period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any cancellations or partial subscription period.
Payment and Cancellations. If there is a fee for the program you participate in, you agree to pay for program in advance, at the time of scheduling your scheduled session. For individual coaching sessions, you are expected to log-in per our instructions at your scheduled time. If you log-in late, it will take time away from your scheduled appointment because we still have to end your appointment on time. We do not provide refunds for any lost time during a scheduled visit because you failed to log in at the scheduled time.

If you schedule an individual session, you must give at least 24 hours-notice in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule the session. If you cancel with less notice, you will forfeit the payment made for the scheduled session. If you pay for a live group session but fail to participate, you forfeit the fee for the session. We will not provide refunds for any scheduled sessions.

Refund Policy You may cancel your contract, without penalty, up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within 14-30 days of your arrival, we will refund 50% of your payment only. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, do not show, or fail to check into your space, no refund of any monies received by the institution will be given. In order to cancel your contract, you must notify the Conference Services team in writing via email. Changes to your stay may be subject to additional charges, and no refunds will be provided for shortening your stay. Additional fees may be due within 5 days of your check-out if the room and all included furnishings are not left in the condition they were received, or if the access card is not returned. Room Assignments and Accommodations Interns will be assigned to the style room that they specified when filling out the Summer Intern Housing Application, pending availability. If your preference is not available, you will be assigned to the next available room type. If you have a specific request for a roommate or suitemate, all interns involved must request each other for the request to be accommodated. Each resident will have a bed, closet, desk, dresser, and desk chair. Wireless internet accessibility is also available in room. Pets Pets, other than aquarium fish and approved assistance animals, are not permitted in any residential college room. This pertains to visiting pets as well as those of the residents of the room/apartment. If you require an assistance animal, please email xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. Occupancy Occupancy begins when the guest checks in to their assigned University provided housing accommodations. At that time no refunds will be provided. Occupancy of a room is limited to contracted residents and to the period for which the contract has been entered. Residents are not permitted to sublease space to another person. No guest is permitted to enter another guest’s room or apartment without permission from the occupant. Conference Services will not provide access to anyone who is not assigned to that room (Facilities, Housekeeping, Staff aside)....
Payment and Cancellations. All rental payments and refunds take place at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx . Renters must pay in full for all studio space at the time of booking by credit card. Renters will immediately receive a receipt. No refunds are provided for any cancellations. Equipment: The following items are available for Renter’s use and should be returned to their original locations, stacked neatly, on the shelves at the end of your class: 25 yoga mats, blankets, and straps, 30 blocks, and two speakers (accessible by Bluetooth or AUX). A binder in the studio shows a picture of the shelf organization of equipment. Please return the equipment to its proper shelf location as shown in this picture. Be careful with all equipment and place blankets under any heavy item(s) to protect the floor and mirrors. Do not allow anyone to do any poses against the mirrored wall. Shoes: Shoes with metal heel caps or cleats MUST be removed upon entering the studio. Only normal street shoes, soft-soled, non-marking, absolutely clean dance or athletic shoes are allowed.
