Our current by-laws, which date back to 2003, are outdated in some areas and so we wanted to rectify those shortcomings without straying too far at this stage from the 2003 ver- sion. FSNA will itself adopt new by-laws this summer and will issue a set of model branch by-laws late in the year. We also anticipate a change of organization name and logo. However, for the moment, we simply want to bring our by-laws up to date. To that end, a draft of the proposed by-laws accompanies this newsletter. Those wishing to explore the changes in detail will find the Notice of Motion and a marked -up set of the 2003 by-laws on our new website at xxxx://xxxxxxx.xx/by-law-table. Comments are welcome.
