Booking Fees a) Unless agreed otherwise and included in the Booking Agreement, booking fees provide the Client the right to use images, as agreed, within the UK only for 12 months or for a single season in the case of a fashion booking, from agreed date.
Booking Fees. If you choose to book travel through the Scene+ Travel Call Center, please be advised that at the time of booking you may be charged a booking fee of $15 (plus applicable taxes) for each airline ticket, stand-alone hotel and car bookings, or a combination of both. You may pay for this service fee with any payment product. 4. Changes to a Booking: Any changes to a booking may be subject to a $50 (plus applicable taxes) administration fee, in addition to any supplier change fees assessed by the supplier. Some suppliers do not permit changes to their product/services and failure to travel as booked for any reason will be subject to 100% cancellation penalty. You may pay for this service fee using any payment product. Refunds No refund will be made for unused travel services or any unused portion of the services. Any changes to your booking are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier as stated in their brochure or on their website. Suppliers may from time to time change itineraries, locations, or even substitute vessels. These events are beyond the control of the Scene+ Travel Partner and the suppliers and are not subject to compensation or refunds. Travel Rewards partner terms and conditions Other terms and conditions apply as determined by the Travel Rewards Partner and set out on the Scene+ Travel website. Disclaimers None of Scene LP and its affiliates shall assume any liability whatsoever, including without limitation, liability for any expense, loss, cost, injury, damage, accident or any other matter or thing whatsoever, however suffered or caused (including compensatory, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, consequential or exemplary damages or damages for loss of income or profits), directly or indirectly arising out of or related to Scene+ Travel (including the Website) including by reason of: (i) the termination or suspension of or amendment to Scene+ Travel in whole or in part; (ii) the addition or deletion of or change to the Scene+ Travel Partner or other features of Scene+ Travel, with or without notice; (iii) your participation in or inability to participate in Scene+ Travel; or (iv) any unauthorized access to your Scene+ Account. For Quebec residents only, the above disclaimer only applies to third parties and not to Scene LP.
Booking Fees. Except as expressly provided in Exhibit F, attached hereto, the operating Carrier will be responsible for any booking fee relating to such segment charged by the vendor of a computer reservation system used to create a booking on that flight.

Booking Fees. The Booking Fee for Bookings scheduled during Normal Business Hours with at least the Minimum Notice shall be Twenty Five Dollars ($25) per Booking. The Booking Fee for Bookings scheduled outside of Normal Business Hours or without the Minimum Notice shall be Seventy Five Dollars ($75) per Booking.
Booking Fees. 2.1 There is a booking fee as discussed and agreed with you in accord with Portswood Church current fees. Please make sure the full fees are with the Booking Administrator at least 48 hours before your event. Usually a minimum 25% of the full fee will be required as deposit to secure your booking, ideally online by Bacs or card but can you pay with cash or cheques payable to Portswood Church through the Church office.

Current Casual Leasing charges are as follows: All Victorian Centres, including Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Paynesville Shopping Village are charged at a rate of $121.00 per day (inclusive of GST). All Queensland Centres, including Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Central Shopping Centre and Urban Quarter Shopping Village are charged at a rate $165.00 per day (inclusive of GST). Registered charities and community sites are free of charge. All booking fees agreed to by both parties are to be paid in full prior to the commencement of any booking. Bookings are not approved until the full payment has been received. If payment is not received prior to the booking date, Centre Management reserves the right to cancel your booking and remove equipment from site. Setting Up and Dismantling of Displays All displays, tables and chairs must not obstruct walkways, doors, windows, emergency services facilities or the like and must allow space for customers and permanent retailers to move freely. If any part of the display is obstructive you will be asked to move it immediately. The Centre will not supply set-up materials for bookings. Display material including vehicles for raffles must be installed and removed outside of the core trading hours of the Centres. Trestles should be covered at all times during your booking. The Licensee shall make good any damage caused by the operation of the Licence and pay any charges incurred for such damage. All rubbish is to be removed and the Licensed Area left in a clean state. Fixtures should in no way cause permanent damage or disfigurement to the Centres. The Licensee will pay all costs incurred from such damage. All requests and instructions imposed by Centre Management are to be strictly adhered to and Centre Management reserves the right to terminate the Casual Licence Agreement at any time.
