Paid Time Off Accrual. Each employee shall be entitled to annual Scheduled Time Off. Scheduled time off is earned on an hourly basis. For purposes of this section, a day is defined as eight (8) work hours. Paid Time Off Accrual. RNs participating in the PTO program shall accrue PTO hours from the date of hire, however during the first 90 days of employment PTO 10 may only be used for absence on a Hospital-recognized holiday (New Year's 11 Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, 12 Christmas Day).
Paid Time Off Accrual. Paid Time Off may be accrued up to a maximum of one (1) times the annual rate of accrual. New employees will begin to accrue hours on their date of hire. They are eligible to begin using their Paid Time Off hours after they complete their probationary period. Paid Time Off Accrual. There is no accrual of paid time off credit while on a unpaid leave of absence. Credit will be given for the employee's total length of service which is continuous with the Company, and other predecessor Contractors who performed similar work at Stennis Space Center.

Paid Time Off Accrual. No later than December 31, 2006, each Acquired Company shall pay to its respective employees (and properly reflect on its consolidated financial statements) the cash value of any accrued Paid Time Off in excess 200 hours such that, as of the Closing Date, no Continuing Employee shall remain entitled to accrued Paid Time Off in excess of 200 hours.

  • Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to take paid time off in accordance with the Company’s applicable paid time off policy for executives, as may be in effect from time to time.

  • Time Off The company recognises that sufficient time off to attend to personal matters and for recreation are important to the employee’s wellbeing, job satisfaction and overall productivity. Accordingly, time off may be taken with the consent of the Company, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. In considering the approval to have time off, the Parties will have regard to the current works programme and the urgency of the reason for time off. In the event that time off is to be taken, it will be the employee’s obligation to advise the Company in advance or as soon as practicable on the day of absence, recognising that unplanned absences can cause costly disruption to programmed works and are a major source of annoyance for the company, other employees and clients. The object of offering flexible working hours is that in return employees will take very seriously their obligation to turn up when they are expected. In view of the disruption caused by unplanned and or notified absenteeism, repeated failure to observe the protocol for time off would constitute misconduct.

  • Vacation Accrual Regular employees shall accrue hours of vacation with pay for each hour of compensation to a maximum of eighty (80) hours per biweekly work period according to the following schedule, commencing with the employee's hire date of his latest period of County employment.

  • Sick Leave Accrual Full-time employees will accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave in a calendar month. Part- time employees will accrue sick leave credit on the same proportional basis that their employment schedule bears to a full-time schedule, up to a maximum of eight (8) hours in a calendar month.

  • Vacation Leave Accrual ‌ After a full-time employee has been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month, the employee will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below. Vacation leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

  • Leave Accrual After the first 30 days of active military service in any one calendar year, employees shall not accrue City-paid vacation, holiday, or sick leave benefits or other forms of paid leave; provided, however, that any public employee on military leave for intermittent training periods shall continue to accrue the same vacation, sick, and holiday leave up to a maximum period of 180 cumulative days per calendar year as if the employee had not been on military leave.
