PTO Program. The College maintains a PTO Program for the purpose of providing full time staff with the opportunity to take time away from work without loss of compensation. The PTO Program is an inclusive time off program that replaces vacation leave, sick leave, floating holiday and personal leave days. PTO is paid at the unit employees’ current rate of pay.
PTO Program. PPSO is interested in exploring a PTO program that combines vacation and sick into one bank and proposes to do so through the Labor-Management Committee within one (1) year of ratification of the collective bargaining agreement.
