Paid Status. 76. An Operator shall not receive wages for a paid holiday unless the Operator reports for work on the Operator’s last scheduled work day before the holiday and the first scheduled work day after the holiday, or is on a paid status on such days. Paid status includes an absence for which sick leave is paid or for an industrial accident or for an absence as a result of an assault.

Paid Status. For purposes of this Agreement, “paid status” shall include hours of actual work as well as all hours of approved paid leave, including holiday, personal, school, vacation, injury, military, administrative, compensatory and sick leave.
