Paid Leave. (a) An employee who is a volunteer member of the Defence Force Reserves or the Cadet Force is entitled to paid leave of absence for Defence service, subject to the conditions set out hereunder.
Paid Leave. (a) Employees will be entitled to military leave with pay not to exceed twenty-one (21) working days during each year, beginning October 1st and ending the following September 30th, in order to report for active duty, when called, or to take part in active training duty in such manner and at such time as they may be ordered to active duty or active training duty in the Washington National Guard or the Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, or Marine Corps reserve of the United States or any organized reserve or armed forces of the United States. Such leave will be in addition to any vacation and sick leave to which an employee is entitled and will not result in any reduction of benefits, performance ratings, privileges or pay. During paid military leave, the employee will receive his or her normal base pay.
Paid Leave. The Executive shall be entitled to no less than four (4) weeks of paid leave per calendar year, prorated for partial calendar years. The provisions of this Section 3.5 shall apply notwithstanding any less generous paid leave policy then maintained by the Employer, but the use of Executive’s paid leave shall otherwise be determined in accordance with the Employer’s paid leave policy as in effect from time to time.
Paid Leave a. Employees will be allowed a reasonable amount of paid time for the employee to travel and receive each dose of COVID-19 immunization. The employer may require that the request for leave be supported by documentation, which may include proof of the vaccination. If the employer is offering vaccine at the workplace, the employer will allow employees to receive the vaccine on work time.
Paid Leave. Executive will be eligible to receive paid leave for vacation and/or sick leave consistent with policies adopted by the Company from time to time. Executive also will be entitled to all paid holidays given by the Company to its employees generally. Scheduling and use of paid leave and, if applicable, accrual of and compensation for unused paid leave, will be subject to the Company’s policies and procedures, as modified from time to time.
Paid Leave. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation leave each year, subject an annual accrual cap of 30 working days. Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays to which executive level employees of the Company are entitled. Accrued unused vacation leave shall be paid in the event of a termination of employment.
