Paid Military Leave. In accordance with state law, (ORS 408.290), employees will be granted paid leave for all periods of annual active duty for training for a period not exceeding 15 days in any one training year (federal fiscal year for the particular unit), provided the employee is employed at least six months prior to the leave. (This provision does not apply to weekend duty.)
Paid Military Leave. Military and other leaves required by law, shall be granted to permanent employees on full pay status in accordance with and pursuant to New York State Law. (Thirty (30) calendar days or twenty-two (22) working days, whichever is greater).

Paid Military Leave. An employee in permanent status who is required to attend military training exercises as part of his/her Military Reserve obligation shall be granted paid military leave not to exceed thirty (30) working days annually in a fiscal year. Employees requesting Military Leave are required to supply a copy of the Military Orders with their request for leave.
Paid Military Leave. An employee called for field training or active duty in the Ohio National Guard or the reserve components of the United States Armed Forces shall be entitled to paid leave in accordance with Section 5923.05 of the Ohio Revised Code. The leave in this paragraph shall not apply when the service or training in this paragraph has been requested by the employee and is not at the sole request and for the sole convenience of the federal or state government.
