Paid Military Leave. In accordance with state law, (ORS 408.290), employees will be granted paid leave for all periods of annual active duty for training for a period not exceeding 15 days in any one training year (federal fiscal year for the particular unit), provided the employee is employed at least six months prior to the leave. (This provision does not apply to weekend duty.)
Paid Military Leave. Military and other leaves required by law, shall be granted to permanent employees on full pay status in accordance with and pursuant to New York State Law. (Thirty (30) calendar days or twenty-two (22) working days, whichever is greater).
Paid Military Leave. An employee who has been employed for at least six (6) full months with the College before applying for military leave and who has not been on military leave at the time of application, shall be granted a military leave of absence with pay for a period not to exceed fifteen (15) calendar days in any one training year, in accordance with ORS 408.290.
Paid Military Leave. Employees on military leave shall receive paid and/or unpaid leave in accordance with state and federal law.

Paid Military Leave. 11.3.1.1 The following legal provision applies to faculty and can be used when the faculty member cannot conveniently arrange to serve a period of active duty outside the academic year or summer session for which she or he is employed. Faculty members are entitled to military leave with pay not to exceed twenty-one (21) working days during each year, beginning October 1st and ending the following September 30th, in order to report for active duty, when called, or to take part in active training duty in such manner and at such time as they may be ordered to active duty or active training duty in the Washington National Guard or the Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, or Marine Corps reserve of the United States or any organized reserve or armed forces of the United States. Such leave will not result in any reduction of benefits, performance ratings, privileges or pay. During paid military leave, the faculty member will receive their normal base pay.
Paid Military Leave. An employee in permanent status who is required to attend military training exercises as part of his/her Military Reserve obligation shall be granted paid military leave not to exceed thirty (30) working days annually in a fiscal year. Employees requesting Military Leave are required to supply a copy of the Military Orders with their request for leave.
Paid Military Leave. An employee called for field training or active duty in the Ohio National Guard or the reserve components of the United States Armed Forces shall be entitled to paid leave in accordance with Section 5923.05 of the Ohio Revised Code. The leave in this paragraph shall not apply when the service or training in this paragraph has been requested by the employee and is not at the sole request and for the sole convenience of the federal or state government.
Paid Military Leave. Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Employees who are in the military reserves and whose unit (including themselves) are ordered to active duty due to a national emergency declared by the President of the United States, shall be paid the difference by which his/her Regular Compensation Rate exceeds his/her total military pay and allowances for up to one (1) month of such active duty.
