Other Employment Benefits. 6.01 Executive shall be eligible to participate in such other employee benefits as are available from time to time to other key management executives of Interpublic in accordance with the then-current terms and conditions established by Interpublic for eligibility and employee contributions required for participation in such benefits opportunities.

A-7 EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT Executive shall receive reimbursement from Employer for all reasonable expenses incurred for the benefit of Employer by Executive in the performance of his duties under the Agreement. Such expenses may include but are not limited to reasonable out-of-pocket expenses for travel, lodging, meals, entertainment, and professional dues. Employer shall have the right to establish guidelines for reimbursement of expenses, including but not limited to guidelines regarding when prior approval for an expense is required and what documentation must be provided in order to obtain reimbursement.
Other Employment Benefits. The Company will provide Employee with an appropriate automobile or automobile allowance, including appropriate insurance coverage and maintenance expenses, as determined by the Board of Directors of the Company. The Company will pay (or reimburse Employee for) Employee’s country club dues incurred during the Term.

Other Employment Benefits. Employee will be allowed to participate in Company’s other benefit plans and programs on the same basis as other Company Employees, subject to the eligibility requirements of such plans or programs. Such benefit plans and programs may be adopted, modified or terminated by Company from time to time in its sole discretion, subject to the terms of such benefit plans and applicable law, and may include, without limitation, medical, health and dental care, life insurance, disability protection, 401(k) and retirement plans.

Other Employment Benefits. A. The Corporation shall provide Executive with medical and hospitalization insurance coverage and retirement plans which in each case are no less favorable to Executive than those plans provided to the Corporation's senior executive officers generally (it being understood that to the extent the plans provide coverage for dependents of employees, Executive shall be entitled to such coverage for his dependents under the same terms as senior executives generally). The Corporation shall also provide Executive with life insurance coverage having a death benefit payable to a beneficiary selected by Executive equal to $250,000 and disability insurance which provides salary replacement benefits, not to exceed $250,000 in the aggregate, in the event Executive becomes incapacitated.
