Outplacement Benefits. The Executive may, if the Executive so elects, receive outplacement assistance and services at the Company’s expense for a period of two (2) years following the Date of Termination. These services will be provided by a national firm selected by the Company whose primary business is outplacement assistance. Notwithstanding the above, if the Executive accepts employment with another employer, these outplacement benefits shall cease on the date of such acceptance.
Outplacement Benefits. If requested by Executive, the Company will pay the expense for outplacement benefits provided by a service to be determined by the Company in its discretion for a period of six (6) months, up to a maximum dollar value of five thousand dollars ($5,000) following Executive’s termination.

If so requested by the Executive, outplacement services shall be provided for up to one (1) year following the Qualifying Termination by a professional outplacement provider; provided, that, such outplacement services shall be provided at a cost to the Company of not more than 25% of the Executive's base salary in effect as of the date of the Announcement.
Outplacement Benefits. If requested by the Executive, the Company will pay the expense for outplacement benefits provided by a service to be determined by the Company in its discretion for a period of twelve (12) months following Executive’s termination.
Outplacement Benefits. The Company, at its expense, will provide to the Executive outplacement services, at a maximum cost of $30,000, to be provided by an outplacement service provider selected solely by the Company.

Throughout the term of the Severance Payout --------------------- Period or Change in Control Payout Period, as applicable, Executive shall be entitled to receive outplacement services, payable by the Company, with an aggregate cost not to exceed 15% of Executive's Termination Base Salary, with an executive outplacement service firm reasonably acceptable to the Company and Executive.
Outplacement Benefits. The Company will provide you with outplacement services from an executive outplacement organization arranged for by the Company, to assist you in the search for new employment. Such outplacement services must commence within the first six months following the date of your termination and shall not exceed six months in duration. The Company will pay for the services directly to the outplacement organization, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.
Outplacement Benefits. At your request, the Company will arrange and pay for reasonable outplacement services (“Outpatient Benefits”), pursuant to and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Severance Benefits Plan.
