Other Fringe Benefits. Executive shall participate in all of Employer’s fringe benefit programs in substantially the same manner and to substantially the same extent as other similar employees of Employer, excluding only those benefits expressly modified by the terms hereof.
Other Fringe Benefits. In addition to any other benefits specifically set forth herein, Executive (i) shall be entitled to the benefits set forth in the Summary of Executive Benefits attached to this Agreement as Appendix 1 (and incorporated herein) and (ii) shall also be eligible to participate in all other employee benefit plans and programs offered by the Company to its senior executives generally, in accordance with the terms of those plans and programs ((i) and (ii) collectively being the “Fringe Benefits”), as the Fringe Benefits may be amended or terminated from time-to-time by the Company.
Other Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to receive such of the Company's other fringe benefits as are being provided to other employees of the Company holding senior executive positions, including but not limited to health insurance benefits, disability benefits and retirement benefits.
Other Fringe Benefits. Except as otherwise specifically provided to the contrary in this Agreement, the Executive shall be provided with the welfare benefits and other fringe benefits to the same extent and on the same terms as those benefits are provided by the Parent Company or the Employer from time to time to the Parent Company’s other senior officers; provided, however, that if any such benefits are adjusted to reflect an officer’s position, the Executive’s benefits shall be adjusted in a manner commensurate with his position. The Executive shall also be entitled to the perquisites that are customarily provided in connection with his position. Notwithstanding the above, in lieu of providing additional life insurance for the Executive, the Employer shall pay the annual premiums in an amount not to exceed $25,000 annually, on Executive’s life insurance policies in amounts not to exceed $1,000,000.00. However, neither the Parent Company nor the Employer shall not be required to provide a benefit under this paragraph (d) if such benefit would duplicate (or otherwise be of the same type as) a benefit specifically required to be provided under another provision of this Agreement. The Executive shall complete all forms and physical examinations, and otherwise take all other similar actions to secure coverage and benefits described in this paragraph 2, to the extent determined to be necessary or appropriate by the Employer.
Other Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be eligible to participate in fringe benefits provided by the Company from time to time on the same basis as such fringe benefits are made available to other executives of the Company.
Other Fringe Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all fringe benefits generally provided by the Company at any time to its full-time salaried employees, including without limitation paid vacation, holidays and sick leave but excluding severance pay, in accordance with generally applicable Company policies with respect to such benefits.
Other Fringe Benefits. Employee shall be entitled to participate in all of the Company's incentive and benefit plans and arrangements, including, without limitation, all bonus, compensation and other incentive and benefit plans or arrangements made available now or in the future by the Company to its senior executives, subject to and on a basis consistent with the terms, conditions and overall administration of such plans and arrangements, but on a basis no less favorable than that afforded to any other director, officer or employee of the Company. The Company shall also provide to Employee at the Company's expense all health, medical, hospitalization, life and disability insurance provided to other senior executives of the Company.
Other Fringe Benefits. During the period of employment hereunder, the Company shall (i) provide Employee with the use of an automobile, (ii) reimburse Employee for the expense of his attendance at such meetings and conventions the Company requires him to attend, and (iii) pay on behalf of Employee dues required to maintain membership during his employment in a country club in Columbia, South Carolina to be determined by Company and Employee. Any and all reimbursements payable to the Employee for attending meetings and conventions which Employee is required by the Company to attend shall be paid no later than the end of the year following the year in which the expense was incurred.
