Fiscal Year means the fiscal year of the Company.
Current Fiscal Year means the fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
Fiscal Year End means the end of each Fiscal Year.
School fiscal year means a fiscal year that commences July 1 and continues through June 30.
Trust Fiscal Year means the period commencing on March 1 of any year and ending on February 28 (or February 29, if applicable) of the following year.
Most Recent Fiscal Year End has the meaning set forth in Section 4(g) below.
State Fiscal Year means the period beginning September 1 and ending August 31 each year, which is the annual accounting period for the State of Texas.
past financial year means the financial year preceding the current year;
Annual Accounting Period or “Financial Year” means the period commence on 1st July and shall end on 30th June of the succeeding calendar year.
Fiscal Quarter means a fiscal quarter of any Fiscal Year.
Fiscal Month means any of the monthly accounting periods of Borrower.
Fiscal Period means the period commencing on the Closing Date, and thereafter each period commencing on the day immediately following the last day of the immediately preceding Fiscal Period, and ending in each case at the close of business on the first to occur of the following dates:
Quarterly Period means any of the First Quarterly Period, the Second Quarterly Period, the Third Quarterly Period and the Fourth Quarterly Period; provided, however, that if there is a change in the periods applicable to payments of estimated federal income taxes by natural persons, then the Quarterly Period determinations hereunder shall change correspondingly such that the Partnership is required to make periodic Tax Distributions under Section 7.3 at the times and in the amounts sufficient to enable a Partner to satisfy such payments in full with respect to amounts allocated pursuant to the provisions of Article VI (other than Section 6.2(d)), treating the Partner’s Presumed Tax Liability with respect to the relevant Quarterly Period (as such Quarterly Period is changed as provided above) as the amount of the Partner’s actual liability for the payment of estimated federal income taxes with respect to such Quarterly Period (as so changed).
old financial year means the financial year of an issuer that immediately precedes a transition year;
Fiscal Quarters means one of four thirteen (13) week or, if applicable, fourteen (14) week quarters in a Fiscal Year, with the first of such quarters beginning on the first day of a Fiscal Year and ending on the Sunday of the thirteenth (or fourteenth, if applicable) week in such quarter.
Federal Fiscal Year means the period beginning October 1 and ending September 30 each year, which is the annual accounting period for the United States government.
Income year means any year or accounting period beginning 1 July of one calendar year and ending 30 June of the following calendar year or any other period that the Trustees by resolution adopt;
Financial Year means a year commencing on and including the 1st day of July;
Twelve-Month Period means a twelve-month period ending on the first anniversary of the Effective Date or on each subsequent anniversary thereof.
Fiscal When followed by "month" or "quarter", the relevant fiscal period based on the Borrowers' fiscal year and accounting conventions. When followed by reference to a specific year, the fiscal year which ends in a month of the year to which reference is being made (e.g. if the Borrowers' fiscal year ends in January 2001 reference to that year would be to the Borrowers' "Fiscal 2001").
Academy Financial Year means the academic year from 1st of September to 31st of August of the following year;
Year means a calendar year.
Accounting Period means a period ending on and including an accounting date and commencing (in case of the first such period) on the date on which the Trust Property is first paid or transferred to the Trustee and (in any other case) from the next day of the preceding accounting period.
Grant Year has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA; ‘HESA’ means the Higher Education Support Act 2003; ‘maximum basic grant amount’ or ‘MBGA’ has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA.
Accounting Year means the financial year commencing from the first day of April of any calendar year and ending on the thirty-first day of March of the next calendar year;
Calendar Quarter means the respective periods of three (3) consecutive calendar months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.
