Plan or Plans definition

Plan or Plans means any employee pension benefit plan as defined in Section 3(2) of ERISA that is subject to Title IV of ERISA pursuant to Section 4021 of ERISA or to Part 3 of Title I of ERISA and is or was established, sponsored, maintained or contributed to at any time or from time to time by or for a Plan Employer for its employees, including a single-employer plan as defined in Section 4001(a)(15) of ERISA and a multiemployer plan defined in Section 4001(a)(3) of ERISA.

Plan or Plans means any plan, contract, program, agreement, or arrangement established and maintained for the benefit of employees, directors or contractors of the Company or its Affiliates, and listed on the attached Exhibit A. The Board or the Committee, in its sole discretion, may add to or delete Plans from Exhibit A.

Plan or Plans means the plans, arrangements and structures set forth on Schedule 1.

Examples of Plan or Plans in a sentence

• The benefits of each Secondary Plan may take into consideration the benefits of the Primary Plan or Plans and the benefits of any other Plan which, under this Coordination of Benefits and Services provision, has its benefits determined before those of that Secondary Plan.

• The Compensation Committee may determine in its reasonable discretion whether it is advisable or feasible to amend a Company Equity Plan or Plans and/or any equity agreements issued thereunder between the Company and Executive in order to effect the extended period of exercise contemplated by this Section 5(a).

More Definitions of Plan or Plans

Plan or Plans means any Dividend Reinvestment, Direct Stock Purchase, or other investment programs administered for a Company.

The term "Plan" as used in this Agreement shall include any modification or amendment as of the implementation date agreed upon by the TRUST.

Plan or Plans means the following programs or arrangements of benefits established and maintained by Employer with respect to which Administrative Firm provides services under this Agreement or its Addenda Cafeteria Plan Services, Funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement Agreement and COBRA Continuation Services Administration.

Plan or Plans means all programs offered by PacifiCare, and all other affiliated corporations of the PacifiCare, Inc. group of companies ant its subsidiaries including temporary emergency coverage for members of reciprocal HMO affiliates through PacifiCare's participation in UltraLink(SM), a Nation-wide Network. PacifiCare, in its sole discretion, may offer or make available some, and not all, of its programs or plans through or under this Agreement.

Plan or Plans means all programs offered by PacifiCare, and by all affiliated corporations of the PacifiCare, Inc. group of companies, as well as any insurance, self-insurance, multi-employer or prepaid health care service plan providing benefits or services for hospital or medical care or treatment.
