Notification of Board Meetings. The Superintendent agrees to notify the President or designee of Local 2227, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, by providing them with the agenda and attachments within a reasonable length of time, of any School Board meetings concerning any business affecting non-instructional employees.
Notification of Board Meetings. The ESPA President and/or the President's designee shall be provided with a written notice of all regular meetings of the Board together with a copy of the agenda and a copy of the minutes from the previous Board meeting(s) to be approved, and complete Board packet for all open session items (i.e. excluding closed session or other confidential items) at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time of the meeting. The ESPA President shall also receive a copy of any video recording (with audio) of Board of Education meetings within seven (7) business days of such meeting. The District shall provide a minimum of a five (5) school day notice to the ESPA President or designee if it intends to request an ESPA Representative to speak at a Board meeting.
Notification of Board Meetings. The Superintendent agrees to post the agenda on the Board’s website in advance, of any School Board Meetings concerning any business affecting employees covered by this bargaining unit.
Notification of Board Meetings. Foundation will advise PSC of the dates of Board of Directors meetings at the same time Directors are notified. Foundation will furnish to PSC the agenda (other than material restricted to Board members) and minutes of Board of Directors meetings at the same time this information is sent to Board members. In addition, Foundation will advise PSC in writing of any agenda item affecting labor-management relations in the central office of Foundation.
Notification of Board Meetings. A. The president of the employee Association will be notified of Board meetings by a notice in his/her school mailbox. In case of special or emergency meetings, the Association president shall be notified in the same fashion as Board members.

The Association President or designee shall be given written notice of any regular or special meeting of the Board at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time of such meeting. A copy of the agenda or statement of purpose of such meeting shall be deposited in the President's school mailbox or such other location mutually agreed upon. Notice of a special meeting may also be given by telephone.
Notification of Board Meetings. The CEA President will be given prior notification of all official and public meetings of the Board. A copy of the official minutes of the Board shall be provided for the CEA within five (5) working days after their adoption. A copy of the agenda for regular meetings will be made available to the CEA President at the Treasurer's office by 8:00 a.m. the day of the Board meeting. The CEA President (or a designee) may address the Board before the Board acts on any action which impacts on the terms and conditions of employment of a teacher.
Notification of Board Meetings. The Association shall receive notification of any regular or special Board meetings at the same time as the Board is notified. Such notification shall be made to the Association President. The Association shall have the right to receive advance copies of the agenda, minutes, financial reports of each Board meeting in addition to the approved minutes of the last meeting. Such agenda and materials shall be sent to the Association President at the same time it is sent to the Board.
Notification of Board Meetings. The President of the Association shall be given written notice of all Board meetings prior to such Board meetings, together with a copy of the agenda. At the time of the distribution of the Board packet, the Executive Director’s office shall provide a copy of the press packet to the President of the Association.
Notification of Board Meetings. The Board meets monthly with meeting agendas posted on the State Board of Land Commissioners’ website (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx). Meetings are open to the public. All parties are granted an opportunity to speak during the open comment period of each meeting.
