Board Packet. The District shall transmit a copy of the Board agenda and packet to the Union at substantially the same time that said material is sent to Board members. The Board packets shall include personnel recommendations, which are not to be considered in closed session and are submitted for final action. Personnel recommendations to be considered in closed session may be included at the Superintendent's discretion.
Board Packet. The Employer shall provide the Association President with the Board Packet, electronically if possible, related to each open session of the Board of Education. Final Board packets shall be given to the Association, excluding information and or documents deemed confidential by the Board or Superintendent (e.g., student information, non-unit personnel information, etc.)
Board Packet. The Association President or designee will be notified of all regular, special, and/or reconvened meetings of the Board as soon as they are scheduled, and will receive an agenda of all meetings. The Association may request any clarifying documents of agenda items.
Board Packet. 4.1 The Board shall make available a copy of the letter establishing regular meeting dates for the coming calendar year on the school web site prior to December 15 of each year. The Board will also notify the Association of any special meeting or emergency meetings. Reconvened meetings will be announced at the meetings, which are being reconvened. Agendas for meetings will be posted and copies may be picked up in the superintendent’s office the day of the meeting.
Board Packet. 4.1 The MCT President or designee shall be sent agendas of all regular, special and/or reconvened meetings of the board as soon as they are posted.
Board Packet. 4.1 The Association President or designee shall be notified of all regular, special, and/or reconvened meetings of the Board as soon as they are scheduled, and shall receive all information in like form and substance as mailed and/or given to each Board member for each of its meetings, except that information deemed confidential under the Oklahoma Open Records Act.
Board Packet. If it is not publicly available, the Board shall provide the Association President with electronic access to a copy of the Board packet, exclusive of confidential information, at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the Board meeting.
Board Packet. CSEA shall have access to all Board packets posted on the District website. Should a board packet not be available on the District website, the District agrees to provide CSEA, via e-mail, one (1) complete Board packet exclusive of confidential information, in advance of Board meetings within the posting timelines required by law under the Brown Act.
Board Packet. The Board will provide a copy of the non-annotated packet for each school board meeting throughout the school year. The packet shall be placed in the GCEA president’s mailbox on the same day that the packets are sent home to Board members.
Board Packet. The District agrees to provide CSEA with one (1) complete Board packet exclusive of confidential information, in advance of such Board meeting.
