Meeting Agendas. Each Party will disclose to the other proposed agenda items along with appropriate information at least three (3) business days in advance of each meeting of the applicable Committee; provided, that a Party may provide its agenda items to the other Party within a lesser period of time in advance of the meeting, or may propose that there not be a specific agenda for a particular meeting, so long as such other Party consents to such later addition of such agenda items or the absence of a specific agenda for such Committee meeting.

Meeting Agendas. (i.) The Chair of the Board will decide upon the agenda for the meetings of the Board. He/she may put on the agenda of any meeting any matter which he/she wishes
Meeting Agendas. The agenda for each meeting shall be prepared and distributed by the council president at least one (1) week before the meeting, and shall contain all items submitted by the president of the MSCF council or the college president or designee.
Meeting Agendas. The Chairman of the Board of Representatives shall be designated from time to time by the affirmative vote of a majority of the Representatives. Such Chairman shall prepare or direct the preparation of the agenda for, and preside over, meetings of the Board of Representatives. The Chairman shall deliver such agenda to each Representative at least five (5) Business Days prior to the giving of notice of a regular or special meeting, and any Representative may add items to such agenda.

Meeting Agendas. The Association President or his/her designee shall be furnished a tentative agenda at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of any regularly scheduled Board meeting. In the case of meetings involving important considerations (e.g., appropriations, budget adoption), the Board will make every attempt to supply copies of such attachments for Association study as soon as they can be made available. The formal agenda and all attachments shall be furnished at all Board meetings.
Meeting Agendas. Chairs, regardless of how they provided the original notice of the Committee Meeting, must distribute an agenda to all Committee Delegates describing the business to be transacted at the meeting no later than 48 hours before the meeting. ● Teleconference/videoconference. Committees can meet telephonically by means of conference telephone or videoconference. ● Email notice. Notice of Committee Meetings and /or Committee Meeting Agendas is to be given by email and sent to the email addresses of Delegates provided in the Committee rosters. Notice will be deemed to have been given at the time of the sending of the email.
