MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING NO. 4 - Evaluation Tools and Process Beginning with the 2015-2016 school year, a committee will meet mid-June to mid-July to create a new evaluation instrument to be used in the 2017-2018 school year. The committee will consist of a sub-committee of the negotiating team, Association Chapter President, CCSEA Executive Director, and the Chief of Human Resources Officer. All employees shall receive an evaluation at the end of their six-month, probationary period and a year-end, annual evaluation.
