Maintenance Agreement. The parties will abide by the terms of the Maintenance Agreement including the capacity to dispute the classification in accordance with the Maintenance Agreement (Information Appendix C).
Maintenance Agreement. This provision applies to any maintenance agreements or provisions. Vendor will perform maintenance using skilled maintenance personnel under Vendor’s supervision. The maintenance personnel will employ all reasonable care to see that the goods and services are maintained in proper operating condition. Vendor undertakes to perform the services in conformity with the usual applied standards, and, unless otherwise agreed, all materials and equipment needed by Vendor to carry out the work to be performed by Vendor under this agreement will be furnished by Vendor at Vendor’s expense.
Maintenance Agreement. Idera or its authorized representative will provide Maintenance Services for the Licensed Software during each Maintenance Term. Maintenance Services includes problem determinations, reasonable problem resolutions, provisioning of software program temporary fixes and new releases. Maintenance Services shall also include the additional Maintenance Service terms expressly set forth in writing in the Purchase Order delivered by Customer, which are hereby incorporated herein by reference. Maintenance Services shall entitle Customer to receive, at no additional cost, all Updates.
Maintenance Agreement. A. Members of District Council No. 36 shall be allowed to work for City, County, State and Federal agencies without such employers being signatories to this Agreement. They shall also be allowed to work for automotive, sign and pictorial, marine, production shop, carpet and linoleum and maintenance employers signed to appropriate agreements with District Council No. 36.
Maintenance Agreement. Preamble Whereas the parties agree to Section 5 of the Xxxxxx Recommendations ("Xxxxxx") and the Memorandum of Agreement on Job Evaluation Plan, the parties agree to the following Maintenance Agreement, including the Classification Manual ("this Agreement").
