Lunch Periods and Rest Periods. The District shall establish an unpaid duty free lunch period of not less than one-half hour for a unit member scheduled five (5) or more consecutive hours per day. The Board shall provide one paid 15-minute rest period for each unit member for each four (4) hour consecutive period worked exclusive of lunch at times approved by the immediate supervisor, but not during the first or last hour of the work day.

Lunch Periods and Rest Periods. Employees will be entitled to an unpaid lunch period of a minimum of thirty (30) minutes and a maximum of sixty (60) minutes during each work day that is greater than five (5) hours in duration.
