Scheduled Workweek. A regular employee instructed to report for a basic workweek of forty hours and who reports as instructed shall not have his hours of work reduced in such week except due to an Act of God such as fire, flood, etc. or due to a labor dispute or any other activity beyond the control of the Employer which interferes with the normal operations of the market.

Scheduled Workweek. ‌ The established workweek is Sunday through Saturday except for third shift Employees whose normal workweek ends after their shift on Sunday morning.

At the Employ­ ers discretion overtime at overtime rates may be worked after eight (8) hours in any one day and behind locked doors after 6:00 p.m. Se c t io n 4.5— Inventory. Employees shall not take inventory outside of regular work­ ing hours.
Scheduled Workweek. The Interim Xxxxxx’x scheduled workweek is regularly five (5) days, which shall include Sunday. The Interim Xxxxxx is expected to preserve at least one (1) continuous twenty-four (24)-hour period each week of personal leave to be used solely for personal and family use and will have an additional day off per week.   • Scheduled Days Off Except in cases of emergency, no employee will be required to return to his/her place of employment on his/her scheduled day off.

  • Workweek A regularly re-occurring period of one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours consisting of seven (7) consecutive twenty-four (24) hour periods. Workweeks will normally begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 12:00 midnight the following Saturday or as otherwise designated by the appointing authority. If there is a change in their workweek, employees will be given written notification by the appointing authority or their designee.

  • Scheduled Overtime Scheduled overtime is overtime which is assigned by the end of the employee's last worked shift prior to the overtime assignment and which does not immediately precede or immediately follow a scheduled work shift. Unless notified otherwise in advance of the scheduled starting time of the scheduled overtime assignment, any employee who is scheduled to report for work and who reports as scheduled shall be assigned at least two (2) hours work. If work is not available, the employee may be excused from duty and paid for two (2) hours at the employee's appropriate rate. If the employee begins work but is excused from duty before completing two (2) hours of work, the employee shall be paid for two (2) hours at the employee's appropriate rate.

  • Scheduled Holidays Holidays for certain employees, typically 24/7 facilities, are pre-scheduled on days other than the holidays mentioned in Section 1. This schedule is determined in advance. If employees who have their holiday pre-scheduled are required to work on that pre-scheduled holiday day, they are compensated as follows:

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.
