Union elections. It is agreed that Elections of Stewards, Bargaining Committee Members, members of the Union Executive and delegates to Union conventions may be conducted on Company premises during the following hours:

Union elections. Election of Union officers and members of the Shop Committee may be held on Company premises but not during Company paid time. The President of the Local, the Local Union Election Committee and the Human Resources Site Leader shall meet and mutually agree to the location of the polling stations and procedures prior to any such elections.
Union elections. The Employer agrees to allow the Union to conduct its’ election for officers and stewards on Agency premises and to allow four (4) hours release time of the election committee, during the day, to conduct the election during working hours.
Union elections. In order to assist the Union in securing a fully representative vote for the election of officers of the Local Union, a system will be worked out under the direction of the Union Elections Committee, whereby such elections will be held on Company property without interference by the Company.
Union elections. All employees represented by the bargaining unit shall be allowed 1.5 (one and one-half) hours of time off, without loss of pay, to participate in local union elections. Paid time off to vote for Council 35 delegates is not permitted.
