Jury Duty or Subpoenaed Witness. 26.01 When a regular full time employee who has completed at least thirty (30) working days of service is called for Jury Duty or subpoenaed as a witness, the Company shall pay him his normal straight time base pay, exclusive of Night Shift premium, Lead Hand premium and such other premium for the straight time hours he would have worked had he not been on Jury Duty or subpoenaed as a witness, less the amount received by him as a Juror or subpoenaed witness. It is agreed that employees on Jury Duty or subpoenaed as a witness shall remain at or return directly to work, whenever and so long as their presence is not required in connection with Jury Duty or as a subpoenaed witness. Employees who are on Jury Duty or subpoenaed witness and are working any shift other than the day shift, will not be expected to work that shift while on Jury Duty or subpoenaed as a witness.

Jury Duty or Subpoenaed Witness. When eligible employees are required to serve on a jury or are subpoenaed as witness, they shall be paid the difference between the fees and their scheduled hours of work for each week they are required to serve, provided the employees shall be available to work for the Employer during said period when they are not required to serve.
