TIME SERVICE Clause Samples
The TIME SERVICE clause defines the obligations and expectations regarding the timing and scheduling of services to be provided under an agreement. It typically specifies when services must commence, the deadlines for completion, and any milestones or timeframes that must be met by the service provider. For example, it may require that a contractor begin work within a certain number of days after contract signing and complete specific tasks by set dates. This clause ensures that both parties are clear about the service timeline, helping to prevent delays and disputes related to scheduling.

If you: · use an application that needs IPv6 connectivity, or · configure your firewall to always enable IPv6 connectivity, by default, standard Internet Protocol information will be sent to the Teredo service at Microsoft at regular intervals.
