TIME SERVICE. This service synchronizes with xxx.xxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx once a week to provide your computer with the correct time. You can turn this feature off or choose your preferred time source within the Date and Time Control Panel applet. The connection uses standard NTP protocol. · IPv6 Network Address Translation (NAT) Traversal service (Teredo). This feature helps existing home Internet gateway devices transition to IPv6. IPv6 is next generation Internet protocol. It helps enable end-to-end connectivity often needed by peer-to-peer applications. To do so, each time you start up the software the Teredo client service will attempt to locate a public Teredo Internet service. It does so by sending a query over the Internet. This query only transfers standard Domain Name Service information to determine if your computer is connected to the Internet and can locate a public Teredo service. TIME SERVICE. Vacations shall be scheduled in a manner which recognizes seniority in each department and also in a manner which will provide an equitable system of rotation of the selection of vacation times. Vacation schedules shall be posted by May 1st in each year and they shall not be adjusted there is mutual agreement by an employee and the Hospital. Clerical Vacations may be taken at any time of the year that is mutually acceptable to the parties. Requests for vacation shall be submitted in writing to the employee's immediate supervisor or his appointee at least eight (8) weeks before the time at which the employee proposesto commence his vacation or such lessertime as may be mutually agreed between the parties provided that there shall be a vacation request schedule posted in the middle of the month of February of each year in each area of the hospital covered by this Agreement. Only if there is conflict in requests made in the first eight after the schedule is posted, shall seniority prevail. Should an employee who has commenced his scheduled vacation and agrees upon request by the Hospital to return to perform work during the vacation period, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 times his regular straight time rate of pay for all hours so worked. To replace the originally scheduled days on which such work was performed, the employee will receive one (1) vacation lieu day off for each day on which he has worked. Requests for consideration to permit carry over of vacation from one year to another (year end is employee's anniversary date) must be made in writing to the employee's manager. In no case will employees be permitted to carry forward beyond their anniversary date more than ten (10) vacation days above their normal entitlement.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement.   • Trial Service Period 1. Except for those employees in an in-training appointment, all other employees with permanent status who are promoted, or who voluntarily accept a transfer or demotion into a job classification for which they have not previously attained permanent status, will serve a trial service period of six (6) consecutive months. The Employer may extend the trial service period to no more than twelve (12) consecutive months, provided the employee is given written, performance based reasons for the extension. The Employer agrees to notify the employee when it intends to extend the trial service period beyond six (6) months. The employee may choose to notify the union.

  • Exclusive Service Employee shall devote his best efforts and full time to rendering services on behalf of the Corporation in furtherance of its best interests. Employee shall comply with all policies, standards and regulations of the Corporation now or hereafter promulgated, and shall perform his duties under this Agreement to the best of his abilities and in accordance with standards of conduct applicable to officers of banks.
