Guest Parking. Guests shall not park in the common access roadway, but shall park in the Resident’s parking area on the Premises, if space is available. If space is not available, Guests shall park in the designated overflow parking areas.

Guest Parking. Guests and Visitors shall park in their host’s drive if space is available or on Xxxxxx Xxxx Drive, First Street, or at the bowling alley. They may not park in the lane at any time, (short term loading and unloading excepted) as this blocks visibility, prevents others from free movement through the park and would prevent free access to emergency vehicles. Due to the small size of the park, and lack of parking spaces, all parking within the Park is designated for tenant use. Guests may also not park on the grass of any unit or common area. A warning will be given at the first violation with subsequent violations subject to a parking fine of $20 for each occurrence. The fine is due within 10 days of receipt and if not paid by the guest shall become the responsibility of the Resident whose guest received the parking fine. Refusal of guest to comply shall result in the vehicle being towed upon notice to owner or Resident whose guest is the owner.
Guest Parking. Tenant agrees that guests shall park their vehicles only in Tenant’s assigned parking area or in areas designated for guest parking. In no case will Tenant’s guest obstruct or violate other tenant’s parking or property rights. Any guest’s vehicle parked in excess of Twenty-four (24) hours must be properly identified by placement of Tenant’s name and Lot number where such guest is visiting to prevent impound or towing. Tenant hereby authorizes Landlord to tow or impound, at Xxxxxx’s expense, any vehicle of Xxxxxx’s guest which is not parked in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, provided that Xxxxxxxx must first attempt to notify the owner of the vehicle or the Tenant.
Guest Parking. Meeting attendees- please use front door entrance. Free street parking and city lots are available. User/Host Responsibilities/Policies/Housekeeping • Inform your guests of parking locations prior to your event. • Notify the receptionist if there are any spills in our facility, restrooms that need attention, or anything else that may need our immediate attention. • Use of windows for hanging materials with tape is permitted. Do not tape or tack materials to walls or doors. • Copy/print/scanning service is not available. There are print shops in the area if needed. • United Way does not have an IT department. Tech support is not guaranteed; please have a back up plan for your equipment if an issue arises. User is required to provide their own laptop with HDMI capabilities if you wish to use our audio and video equipment. HDMI to VGA or USB converters are not reliable. • Be mindful of noise levels and remind your attendees of this as well, as normal United Way office activities will still be taking place during your event. Please ask your attendees not to linger at the reception area. The noise level makes it difficult for receptionist to hear phone calls. • Keep doors closed at all times during meeting. • Registration tables and food/drink tables are to remain in your meeting room. • Remind attendees that your group is using the room, and if they need anything to ask the user/host, not the United Way staff. Applicant is responsible for clean up after the event and leaving the room in same condition as when arriving. • Smoking is not permitted in the building. • Firearms are not permitted in the building. • Groups using the rooms are responsible for loss or damage to equipment, damage to the building and grounds and will be held accountable for any financial loss. • Applicant shall hold United Way of Greater Lorain County harmless at all times for any claims or damage on account of injury to anyone using the facilities. • Before leaving the building, please stop at front desk for a post meeting room walk through. Reservation Procedures Contact Xxxxx Xxxxxxx to discuss your event and check room availability. We recommend the user/host make an appointment to view the facility beforehand to make sure it meets your needs. Complete the application for Community Room Reservation included on the next page. Guest Parking. Board Members of Old Zion Church will volunteer their time to direct parking during your event. Due to our limited parking area, invitations should encourage guests to carpool.
