Elevators. Elevators for the use of all tenants and the general public for access to and from all floors of the Building, programming of elevators (including, but not limited to, service elevators), shall be as Landlord from time to time determines best for the Building as a whole.
Elevators. Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.
Elevators. Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service to the Premises on Business Days from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and freight elevator facilities on a non-exclusive basis, on Business Days from 8:00 A.M. to 4:45 P.M., and shall have one passenger elevator available at all other times. Such elevator service shall be subject to such rules and regulations as Landlord may promulgate from time to time with respect thereto. Landlord shall have the right to change the operation or manner of operation of any of the elevators in the Building and/or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the use of any one or more cars in any of the passenger, freight or truck elevator banks.

Elevators. Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service to the Premises 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; provided, however, Landlord may limit passenger elevator service during times other than Ordinary Business Hours. Landlord shall provide at least one freight elevator serving the Premises, available upon Tenant’s prior request, on a non-exclusive “first come, first serve” basis with other Building tenants, on all Business Days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding Tuesdays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, which hours of operation are subject to change.
Elevators. Owner, at Owner’s expense, shall furnish necessary passenger elevator facilities on business days (as defined in Section 31.01) from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and on Saturdays from 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and shall have a passenger elevator subject to call at all other times. Tenant shall be entitled to the non-exclusive use of the freight elevator in common with other tenants and occupants of the Building from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on business days, subject to such reasonable rules as Owner may adopt for the use of the freight elevator. At any time or times all or any of the elevators in the Building may, at Owner’s option, be automatic elevators, and Owner shall not be required to furnish any operator service for automatic elevators. If Owner shall, at any time, elect to furnish operator service for any automatic elevators, Owner shall have the right to discontinue furnishing such service with the same effect as if Owner had never elected to furnish such service.
Elevators. Any use of the elevators for purposes other than normal passenger use (such as moving to or from the Building or delivering freight), whether during or after Business Hours, must be scheduled through the office of the Property Manager. Tenant will reimburse Landlord for any extra costs incurred by Landlord in connection with any such non-passenger use of the elevators.
Elevators h. Standby power and light and emergency systems.
Elevators. Lessor shall not be liable for damages from stoppage of elevators for repair, service, or improvements. Nor shall Lessor be liable for delays of any duration in connection with elevator repair, service, or improvements.
Elevators. Subject to the supervision of the Landlord, to furnish for use by the Tenant and its employees and invitees in common with others so entitled passenger elevator service to the Premises, and to furnish for the use of the Tenant in common with others so entitled at reasonable intervals and at such hours as the Landlord may select, and as an Additional Service outside of such hours, elevator service to the Premises for the carriage of furniture, equipment, deliveries, and supplies, provided however that if the elevators become inoperative or damaged or destroyed the Landlord will have a reasonable time within which to repair such damage or replace such elevator and the Landlord will repair or replace it as soon as reasonably possible, but in no event will be liable for indirect or consequential damages or other damages for personal discomfort or illness during such period of repair or replacement.
