General Legal Services. City shall pay the rate of $225 per hour for General Legal Services. RWG shall xxxx the City in six-minute (.10 hour) increments, with no minimum. It is understood that the hours spent on General Legal Services will be in the range of 25-30 hours per week. RWG agrees not to exceed this number of hours during any three-month period without prior consultation and agreement from the City Manager.

General Legal Services. The Master Servicer shall assist the Service Entities in identifying, engaging and supervising such outside legal counsel as may be required, if any, to furnish legal services in addition to those set forth in Section 2.1.1(c) above, including in connection with the preparation and filing of, and assistance with respect to, any reports to any Governmental Authority and the supervision of the defense or prosecution of any litigation. General Legal Services. General Legal Services include those legal services generally understood within the field of municipal law to fall within the category of “general counsel” work, and include, but are not necessarily be limited to, the following:
General Legal Services. The City will compensate the Firm at the rate of $175.00 per hour for 3 years of lawyer time expended for general legal services to the City. Such general legal services include the following: routine counseling and advice to the City Council, the City Manager and designated staff members; attendance at City Council meetings, Code Enforcement Board meetings and, as necessary (through request of Mayor, Council or City Manager), specified board or committee meetings; orientation sessions for new boards on Government in the Sunshine and Ethics laws; assessment of new proposed and adopted legislation; assistance in review and preparation of agenda items for meetings; preparation or review of resolutions and contracts; preparation of ordinances; representation in internal administrative matters and proceedings; and Planning Advisory Board services. The fees for the services set forth in this paragraph (except for Planning Advisory Board services) are limited to $210,000.00 per fiscal year (October 1 through September 30). This annual fee cap is based upon a monthly calculation of $17,500.00. Each monthly billing may be above or below this monthly calculation, but the annual fee cap shall not be exceeded without Council approval. Council approval shall be by resolution or motion, or as part of the annual budgeting process.
General Legal Services. The City will compensate the Firm at the rate of $215.00 per hour of lawyer time expended for general legal services to the City for Xxxxx or any other partner and at 10% less than regular billing rates for any associate, but not to exceed partner rates. The partner rate will increase to $230.00 per hour on October 1, 2006 and to $245.00 per hour on October 1, 2007. Such general legal services include the following: routine counseling and advice to the City Council, the City Manager and designated staff members; attendance at City Council meetings, Code Enforcement Board meetings and, as necessary (through request of Mayor, Council or City Manager), specified board or committee meetings; orientation sessions for new boards on Government in the Sunshine and Ethics laws; annual assessment of new legislation; assistance in review and preparation of agenda items for meetings; preparation or review of resolutions and contracts; preparation of ordinances; representation in internal administrative matters and proceedings; and Planning Advisory Board services. The fees for the services set forth in this paragraph (except for Planning Advisory Board services) are limited to $258,000.00 per fiscal year (October 1 through September 30). This annual fee cap is based upon a monthly calculation of $21,500.00. The cap shall be raised each year in proportion to the increase in fees each year. Each monthly billing may be above or below this monthly calculation, but the annual fee cap shall not be exceeded without Council approval. Council approval shall be by resolution or motion, or as part of the annual budgeting process. The standards for general legal services to be rendered under this Agreement are as follows:
General Legal Services. General legal services involve legal matters not specific to any single facility, including review of audited financial statements, annual information filings, Sedar filings, review of contracts with credit facilities, incorporation, tax issues of a legal nature, market compliance, and other similar legal costs. These legal services are required in order for APUC to provide capital funding to individual utilities, without which the utilities could not provide adequate service. Additionally, the services ensure that APUC’s subsidiaries remain compliant in all aspects of operations and prevent those entities from being exposed to unnecessary risks.

General Legal Services. For the performance of general legal services, Attorney shall be paid a monthly salary of $7,427.51. Attorney will make a pre-tax 7.5% contribution to the ICMA 457 PTS plan in lieu of FICA. Should the IRS rule that Attorney’s pay was subject to FICA, the City will only be liable for the employer FICA contribution.
