Janitorial Services Sample Clauses

Janitorial Services. Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.
Janitorial Services. Landlord shall provide janitorial and cleaning services to the Premises, substantially as described in Exhibit D attached hereto. Tenant shall pay to Landlord on demand the reasonable costs incurred by Landlord for (i) any cleaning of the Premises in excess of the specifications in Exhibit D for any reason including, without limitation, cleaning required because of (A) misuse or neglect on the part of Tenant or Tenant's agents, contractors, invitees, employees and customers, (B) the use of portions of the Premises for special purposes requiring greater or more difficult cleaning work than office areas, (C) interior glass partitions or unusual quantities of interior glass surfaces, and (D) non-building standard materials or finishes installed by Tenant or at its request; and (ii) removal from the Premises of any refuse and rubbish of Tenant in excess of that ordinarily accumulated in general office occupancy or at times other than Landlord's standard cleaning times.
Janitorial Services. Landlord will provide Tenant with trash removal and janitorial services pursuant to a cleaning schedule attached as Exhibit "D".
Janitorial Services. Landlord shall furnish the Premises with reasonable and customary janitorial services five (5) days per business week, except when the Building is closed on any Holiday. Landlord shall retain the sole discretion to choose and/or revise the janitorial company providing said services to the Premises and/or Building.
Janitorial Services. Tenant, at its sole expense, shall provide its own janitorial services to the Premises and shall maintain the Premises in a clean and safe condition. Tenant shall store all trash and garbage within the area and in receptacles designated from time to time by Landlord and shall, at its sole expense, arrange for the regular pickup of such trash and garbage at times, and pursuant to reasonable regulations, established by Landlord from time to time. If Tenant fails, after notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure, to provide janitorial services to the Premises or trash removal services in compliance with the foregoing, Landlord, in addition to any other rights and remedies available to it, may provide such services, and Tenant shall pay to Landlord the cost thereof, plus an administrative fee equal to 15% of such cost, within thirty (30) days after Landlord delivers to Tenant an invoice therefor.
Janitorial Services. The Tenant shall not use or engage any person or persons other than the janitor or janitorial contractor of the Landlord for the purpose of any cleaning of the Leased Premises, except with the prior written consent of the Landlord.
Janitorial Services. The Landlord shall provide janitorial services to the Leased Premises to a standard similar to that provided to comparable office buildings in the City of Vancouver at the date of this Lease, provided that all curtains, carpets, rugs or drapes of any kind (if any) in the Leased Premises shall be cleaned and maintained by the Tenant. The Landlord shall not be responsible for any omissions or act of any person employed or retained to perform such work, or for any loss thereby sustained by the Tenant, its servants, agents, invitees or others. The Tenant shall not engage any person or entity to provide janitorial services to the Leased Premises without the written approval of the Landlord. The Tenant shall grant access necessary for the performance of the janitorial services and shall leave the Leased Premises in a reasonably tidy condition at the end of each day to permit the performance of such services.
Janitorial Services. Each City shall be responsible for directly managing and paying costs for janitorial services at each branch location under each respective zone. Each City is allowed to use the funds herein made available for the stated purpose of janitorial services.
