Ethics Laws definition

Ethics Laws means all laws, regulations and industry codes of practice applicable to the Participant relating to:
Ethics Laws means Article IX, Section 14 of the New Mexico Constitution and the statutes set out in Subsection A of Section 10-16G-9 NMSA 1978.
